Uniforce Security Systems Limited was established in 1989. Throughout more than 30 years of business, our slogan has been "A SYMBOL THAT GIVES YOU PEACE OF MIND." Our business purpose is to use advanced electronic equipment and computer-controlled products as the mainstay, with professional experience, excellent technology, and satisfactory service as the norm. Relying on the above prerequisites, we have developed property protection, personal safety, and security management services. Since our establishment, we have received the support of many customers and developed into a large-scale enterprise operation mode today. The department structure is divided into the administrative department, security consultant department, business department, engineering department, maintenance department, technology development department, 24-hour Central Alarm Monitoring Station, system design department, product support department, and customer service department. While maintaining consistently high quality, responsibility, and efficiency, we constantly improve technology and strengthen various services to gain the trust and support of many customers. The business scope can be divided into three major projects: alarm monitoring, engineering installation, and product agency.
Alarm Monitoring
The purpose of the Central Alarm Monitoring Station (CAMS) is to work in concert with the Police Intruder Alarm Inspection Unit. The user is given the ultimate protection from the loss of life and valuables. Signals that are received by our CAMS are immediately routed to the related sectors for prompt response and rescue. These signal transmissions also benefit our company by providing instant information about the operating status of the on-site systems. This service is also provided to our industrial peers whom we monitor: burglar alarms, direct link alarms, visual alarms, flooding alarms, smoke alarms, and system open and close signal reports. From 1999 to 2022, Uniforce CAMS has been ranked more than ten times in the Top Five Central Alarm Monitoring Stations that have maintained the lowest false alarm rate and have been awarded a Certificate of Appreciation from the Commissioner of Police.
Engineering Installation
In the field of engineering installation, the burglar alarm system is defined as the core business of the company. It is also the category that intervenes most deeply in all system services, including providing cost-effective security consulting services, professional design of system functions, engineering installation and maintenance, alarm message and police control center networked monitoring, and 24-hour emergency services. To ensure that customers enjoy the most cost-effective and fastest services, we emphasize technical training for frontline service personnel. All systems installed by the company are equipped with different forms of warranty contracts for users to choose from.
Product Agency
Our systems are innovatively designed, reliable, of the highest quality and are easy to use. We have conducted rigorous product selection so as to decrease system flaws. This benefits our customers as it reduces expenses that arise from technician call-outs. Our foundation of success has been built on the reputation and trust as developed with our overseas manufacturers. We have succeeded to obtain some agency appointments for various front-edge technology products. Under Chapter 460 of the Security and Guarding Service Ordinance enforced in 1996, the Hong Kong government has provided us with the Security Company License to serve the community. We are a registered contractor of the Government Supplied Department. We are also a member of: the Hong Kong Security Association and International Professional Security Association. We are strong supporters of educating the public in all security matters and we advocate events such as security equipment displays as organized by the Crime Prevention Bureau. In the last decade, our company has received support and patronage from, but not limited to overseas principals, local suppliers, industrial counterparts and customers.
